This was a great book. I was hooked on the characters right from the start. I love the tough lawman who lets a "woman" protect his back. I laughed at their antics and held my breath when they got into trouble. Her character descriptions are exceptional and put the reader in the midst of the action!!
I could not put this book down. Has everything I love, western, suspense, love, romance and all wrapped up with God's Grace, acceptance and mercy. I can't wait for the next book, I'll be one of the first to purchase. Thank you so much for giving us God centered reading that is fun!
Oh my gosh, I adore this author's work. She really knows how to tell a story, and I couldn't put it down until it was finished.

Sunny is at her best storytelling. Loved the setting in the old southwest and her leading characters. She has perfect timing for prayers by her characters. The story line does not miss a beat for the prayers. I have enjoyed all of her books.
This is a terrific story. Put your feet up and enjoy your time with two caring individuals. There are gaps in the story as to how dangerous it would be to live with a gang of outlaws. You can use your own imagination for that part of the story.
