When I first started reading the book I thought I would have to quit because it was hard to deal with all the torment, pain, hatred, sadness, and evil that could be forced onto someone. Then the longer I read I found out there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am still hoping that the light will win over the darkness, even after reading the book. I will have to find out what happens with the next book.

Wretched was suggested to me by a friend and I am glad it was. The book grabs your attention from the first sentence and does not release hold through the entire book. The characters are well written and the storyline is very interesting. I have never felt every emotion in one sitting, but with this book I laughed, cried and got angry. The book was creepy at times and I mean Stephen King creepy. I very much look forward in reading more works by Lynn Lowther.. Cant wait for the next book in the series.. Great Job!

This is an awesome, exciting book could not stop reading. Very exciting to read. Very suspenseful can not put it down 2 thumbs up for this book.
From the first sentence I was hooked. I had to know what was going to happen. At times the book was a bit disturbing (in a good way) which just added to the suspense. The descriptions grab you and make you feel that you are right there witnessing the entire thing..Great job.. I look forward in reading the entire series.
Kind of a gruesome hopeless book. Decent writing and I have to say the story is gripping and hard to put down because you want to know how its going to turn out.
Detailed, detailed, detailed...felt as though I was right there with her, through every tormented torture tactic!! I was hooked from the first page!!
Great thriller that held my interest throughout the whole book, alot of gore but has a love story intertwined. You become involved with the main character so much that you want her to survive. Highly recommend but not for children or someone who goes not like gore and horror.
